ThinkWise offers training for OFQUAL regulated, FAA qualifications in First Aid for Mental Health at Levels 1,2 and 3. Training covers awareness of a wide range of mental health conditions, how to start a conversation using a mental health CARE model and where to signpost for professional support.
Level 1 provides an introduction to Mental Health Awareness. After completing Level 2, delegates can be an organisation's designated First Aider. Level 3 provides more depth for business Leaders and Managers.
Open courses are available for individuals or whole group courses can be provided in-house. Courses can be attended face to face or online via Zoom, with an element of self study.
ThinkWise specialises in a Parent-Led CBT programme for supporting parents to help their anxious children between the ages of 5 and 12. This 8 session programme can be done in both one to one and group format. This intervention is often more effective than working directly with the child and really gives parents the confidence to help their child.
