About Me
Background
As a qualified and experienced children's Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner I am passionate about early intervention and prevention of common mental heath problems. ThinkWise aims to help children and families get the support they need when they need it and to provide quality mental health therapy at an affordable price.
As a qualified coach, I can also help you manage stress and personal gremlins before they turn into a mental health problem.
What I do
I offer evidence-based low intensity CBT therapy to help anyone struggling with mild to moderate common mental health issues such as anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD or depression and can help you to achieve your recovery goals.
An average treatment plan consists of 6-8 sessions of approximately 40 minutes. Sessions can be conducted in person, by telephone or video call.
Quality Assurance
I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and adhere to their code of ethics.
I have a psychology degree, a postgraduate certificate in low intensity psychological interventions (camhs) and a postgraduate certificate in supervision for PWPs. I am also a qualified coach and first aid for mental health trainer.
I am fully insured to deliver training and psychological interventions to individuals and businesses.
